Will went out of his way to assist with our A/C issue. Basically troubleshot the problem and provided the fix over the phone with-out charge. He even called me back to offer additional troubleshooting advice and followed up the next day to insure we got it fixed. Saved us $$$ in repair fees for a what turned out to a simple fuse corrosion issue with our 12v dc system. Will and team is the best choice for your RV repairs needs in Walton County. Even. Offered to come on out that day if there were still issues even having a booked schedule. Can't say enough except "You da Man Will.... Thanks!!!"

We lost power in our RV in the middle of the night while vacationing at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park. In addition to no power, there was a significant burning smell in the RV. Unplugged the power cord and called Will at 0800 the next morning. Will showed up in about 1.5 hours and found our problem...fried wires in our junction box. He fixed the problem in under an hour. Thank you Will for your expertise and juggling your schedule so you could come fix our electrical issue. Will should be the first mobile tech you should call if you have RV problems in the panhandle area! Great service and good guy too...

I had an emergency and lost power over the weekend. I contacted Will that evening and he squeezed me into his schedule at 7am the next morning even though he was booked that day. He spent an hour with me diagnosing the problem. He walked around my campsite testing various poles and found out many of them were putting out bad power, likely frying my transfer switch. He had to run to his 8am appointment but communicated with me all day through text to walk me through bypassing the transfer switch until the replacement part is in so that I could have air conditioning that night. I would highly recommend him for all of your mobile RV repair needs in the panhandle area and will be using him for mine.
